Grace Kid of the Month
| February 2008 The Grace Baptist Church “Dad’s Club” Kid of the Month is Miss Allison Sitter. Allison is a 6th Grader at Center Grove Middle School North who loves Jesus and wants to be a Librarian when she grows up. She is an avid reader who always has a book with her and especially loves the book “What Would Jesus Do?” Allison’s favorite food is anything Chinese. She loves Ice Skating, crafts and just hanging out with friends. Many have noticed how clever she is at board games. This may have come from her parents, but more likely from her cool neighbors down the block! Allison’s favorite animal is the dolphin, but her dog Scooby (who passed away a while back) is always on her heart. She loves the colors pink and purple and her favorite song is “Nobody’s Perfect” by Hannah Montana. Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Keoppen, who teaches Language Arts at CGMSN. Allison is a wonderful kid who has memorized several Bible verses, but the one she holds closest to her heart is Psalm 119:11, which reads “I have hidden your Word in my heart that I may not sin against you”. Her favorite hymn is “Great is Thy Faithfulness” and she loves to sing it out loud in church. Please join me in congratulating Allison on being the February 2008 KID OF THE MONTH!!! |
