Assisted Listening Now Available!
Our new Assisted Listening System has been installed and
is now available for use.  If you would like a receiver, please
see the audio personnel at the back of the sanctuary for
assistance.

Church Fellowship!
Everyone is invited to attend the casserole lunch following
the morning service this Sunday, September 16th.  
Everyone is asked to bring a casserole and/or dessert plus
a 2-liter of soda.  Salad and bread will be provided.

Immediately following the meal, the youth group will be
challenging the adults in a softball game at Westside Park,
which is located on Main St.

Whether you want to be a player or a fan, be sure to bring a
change of clothes and join us at the ball diamond for this
“Fall Classic!”

“Farm Festival – 2007”
The Purdue Extension – Johnson County and the Johnson
County Extension Board are sponsoring a Farm Festival
2007 called “Where Tradition Meets Technology” on
Sunday, September 16th from 1 – 6 p.m.
This is an opportunity for you to tour four working farms in
southern Johnson County that have meshed traditional
farming practices with new technology in order to keep up
with farming demands.

Ladies Night Out!
There will be a Ladies Night Out sponsored by the Women
on Mission (WOM) group.  We will be meeting at the Olive
Garden on Hwy. 31 South in Greenwood on Tuesday,
September 18th at 6:30 p.m.
All ladies of the church are invited to come join us for an
evening of food and fellowship.  For more information, call

Revival Just Around the Corner!
Mark your calendars now for the upcoming Revival that will
be held Sunday – Wednesday, October 7 – 10, 2007!  Dr.
David Allen, Dean of the School of Theology at
Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Dr. Allen also
serves as Professor of Preaching, and Director of the
Center for Expository Preaching.  Be sure to plan to be
here with your family during this wonderful time!

Debbie Canfield has made available to anyone in the
church, a pre-lit archway that can be used for any special
occasion.  The archway is housed here at the church and
can be reserved by contacting Jenise Sanders so that she
can put it on the church calendar.  Thank you Debbie!

Gentle Reminder!
Please remember to contact Jenise Sanders if you are
planning on using the church for any upcoming function.  It
must be cleared through the church calendar to make sure
that there is no conflict with anything else that has already
been scheduled.
With both the school and the new Burmese congregation, it
is very important that if you want to use the church for
something, that it has to be cleared through the church
calendar first.  Thank you!

Pre-school Extended Session Reminder
Please remember that if there are changes that you need to
make from your scheduled time in the nursery or Pre-
school Extended Session time, it is your responsibility to
find your own replacement and then notify Russ Durbin
before he makes his weekly calls.  You can email Russ at
russnsandid3@netzero.net .

Also, if there is a change that needs to be made or a
preference of where you would like to be placed, please
email that to Jenise Sanders at  famsanders@att.net   so
that Jenise will have a record of the request!
